About the Kenabutch Health Centre
SRFN Community Wellness Department is overseen by Community Wellness Manager and is responsible for the process of planning, organizing, monitoring, and evaluating human and financial resources in order to achieve the programs goals and objectives in the most effective and efficient manner in health and social services programs and services.
Health Promotion and Prevention Services include Immunization, Communicable Diseases and Infection Control, General Environmental Health, Morbidity and Mortality, Over the counter medications, Medical Transportation, Non-Insured Health Benefits, Visiting Health Professionals, Canadian Prenatal Nutrition Program, Healthy Babies-Healthy Children, Community Health Education and Awareness, and Diabetes Program.
